Orders placed after Monday will be included in the following Tuesday dispatch.

Refunds & Exchanges

We encourage mindful purchases, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If your journal arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number & a photo. We will do our best to resolve the issue with care.
Items that have been used, worn or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Digital products are non-refundable, as they are instant downloads.
