Refunds & Exchanges
Physical Products
We encourage mindful purchases, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If your journal arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will do our best to resolve the issue with care.
Items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds do not include original shipping costs.
