Digital journals and rituals are available worldwide and delivered instantly 🌏
We care deeply about the earth. That’s why most of our journals are printed to order and shipped directly from our trusted printing partner — a mindful approach that helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste.
Your journal arrives in simple, eco-conscious packaging, as we focus on what truly matters: the intention within the pages.
Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Options
Value Shipping (untracked): ~10–14 business days
Our budget-friendly option. This service does not include tracking.
If chosen, you may not be eligible for a refund in the event of non-delivery.
Standard Shipping (tracked): ~5–8 business days
A reliable, trackable service.
Premium Shipping (tracked): ~2–4 business days
Our fastest option with tracking and priority processing.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Physical Products
We encourage mindful purchases, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
In the rare case your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with care and understanding.
Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details carefully at checkout. You'll be asked to confirm that your shipping address is correct.
If your parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may:

Request re-shipping (original shipping cost + $5 admin fee), or

Request a refund (minus original shipping + $5 admin fee)
Refunds or re-shipping will only be processed once the item has been returned to us.
Order Not Delivered
If your order was not delivered due to a missed delivery attempt, we’ll issue a refund once the item is returned to us — minus original shipping and a $5 handling fee.
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Depending on the outcome, we’ll either refund your order or send a replacement.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll promptly send the correct one and cover all costs — including a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Digital / Printable Journals & Ritual Kits
Due to the nature of digital files and instant downloads, we are unable to offer refunds for digital products. This includes printable journals, affirmation cards, and digital ritual kits.
However, if you experience any technical issues, please reach out — we’re always here to help.

Our journals, rituals, and courses are designed as gentle self-guided tools to support emotional wellbeing, reflection, and self-connection.
They are not intended to replace professional therapy, medical support, or crisis services.

We want your journey to feel aligned — not pressured.
If, within 7 days of purchase, you feel an online ritual or course isn’t the right fit, simply reach out and we’ll honour a full refund — no pressure, no hard feelings.
We kindly ask that you’ve opened and explored the content, and we may request a short reflection form to help us improve with care and intention.

Subscription Policy
We occasionally offer subscription-based tools or journals to support your self-love journey. If you're interested in future updates or free versions, we recommend joining our mailing list or checking our shop for the latest offerings.
Product Variations
Slight differences in colour, layout, or design may occur between what you see on screen and the final product. These variations are part of the charm of small-batch and printed-to-order creation.
