We keep a small amount of stock in our little studio in Victoria, Australia for local orders.
When an item moves to pre-order, it is shipped directly from our trusted printing company here in Australia so your journal arrives quickly.
If your order is fulfilled through the printing company’s pre order system, we send a little thank you separately from our studio as a gesture of appreciation.
This approach helps us avoid overproduction & reduce waste, while still ensuring your journal arrives with care.

Refunds & Exchanges
Physical Products
We encourage mindful purchases, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If your journal arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number & a photo. We will do our best to resolve the issue with care.
Items that have been used, worn or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Digital Journals, Printables & Ritual Kits
Digital products are non-refundable, as they are instant downloads.
