Refund + Exchange Policy:

 

Physical Products:

We encourage you to choose your items carefully, as we believe in making mindful decisions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if your product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

​

Please note that items returned, used, washed, or worn will not be eligible for a refund, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Online Courses:

For our online courses, we stand behind our commitment to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure you feel confident and supported in your learning journey.

 

Digital/Printable Books & Journals:

Due to the unique nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Unfortunately, refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address cannot be issued once the item is sent.

Please double-check your shipping details to ensure smooth delivery.

Order Not Delivered:

If your order was not delivered due to a missed delivery, we will gladly refund your order upon the item being returned to us. Minus the shipping costs. 

 

Lost in Transit:

In the rare event of an order being lost in transit, rest assured that we will initiate a shipping carrier investigation. Depending on the outcome, we will either refund your order or send a replacement to ensure you receive your items.

 

Incorrect Item Received:

If you mistakenly receive the wrong item, we will promptly cover all expenses associated with resending the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.

 

Subscription Policy:

 

Subscription Period: Our subscriptions typically run on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, as specified during sign-up

 

Renewal and Billing: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be billed automatically using the payment method on file unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

 

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation after a billing cycle has started will not result in a refund, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.​

 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid or after your item is sent. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

 

Communication: We will email you to notify you of important updates to your subscription, such as upcoming renewals, changes to the subscription terms, or service interruptions.

Further Information:

We understand that slight variations in colour and design may occur between product pictures and the actual items. These variations are not considered faults but add to our products' uniqueness.

​

Claims for lost packages must be made within four weeks of the estimated delivery date to ensure prompt resolution.

At the conclusion of each quarter, we contribute $1 AUD from every book sold to Carbon Positive Australia, a non-profit organisation.

 

Your donation towards tree planting supports our projects across Australia.

 

These projects focus on revitalising degraded land by planting native trees and shrubs selected for their suitability to the area.
