Barefoot Grounding Ritual ~ A Simple Practice to Return to Yourself


  1. Step outside and take off your shoes

  2. Stand, walk, or rest your feet directly on the earth

  3. Feel the earth beneath you

  4. Let your breath slow

  5. Let your energy soften downward


Even just 2 minutes of barefoot time on the earth can help calm your nervous system and bring you back to your centre.


Let it be simple.

Let it be enough.

Let it help you feel like you again.
